Chad Stewart, President
Born in Newport Beach, California, Chad Robert Stewart has twenty years of experience as a global strategist, marketing consultant, creativity specialist, financial analyst, and prolific writer. Chad’s areas of expertise are global strategy, film and media production, innovative education, and international marketing. Chad has worked at Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch. A few of the companies he has consulted with include Cisco Systems, Disney, Moen, PepsiCo, Pratt & Whitney and Royal Bank of Scotland. He received a Bachelor of Arts in British Literature and European History from Brown University; did post-graduate work at Harvard University; earned an M.B.A. from Boston College; and is pursuing a Master of Science in Advanced Management and a PhD in Strategy at Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management, Claremont Graduate University. Now based in San Diego, he is a strong supporter of education and the arts; an adjunct professor at Fermanian School of Business, Point Loma Nazarene University; and Past President of the Board of Directors of the San Diego Ballet. Chad enjoys world travel, reading, riding, swimming, sailing, tennis, and the Arts.

Thomas Ryba, Vice President
Born in New Jersey, Thomas Ryba has thirty years of experience in national, regional, and local sales; marketing; and promotional management, with an emphasis on sponsorships. Mr. Ryba has facilitated numerous seven-figure transactions with clients including Coca Cola, Chevron, Kellogg’s, and Pacific Bell. While overseeing all the marketing, promotional, and corporate advertising programs during his eleven-year tenure with the San Diego Padres Baseball Club, Thomas’s revenue figures increased every year During his time with the Padres, he oversaw a multi-million, multi-departmental budget and was a critical management force who was directly involved in the Padres emergence as the first Major League team to facilitate all advertising rights in-house: television, radio, print, and stadium signage. Mr. Ryba graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Sociology (Dean’s List), and received his MA from New York University, Graduate School of Public Administration.

Rodney Hatfield, has over 30 years of experience in publishing, music, film, branding, marketing, and distribution. He served as Vice President at Thomas Nelson Publishers as a brand champion for the company and led marketing initiatives in Bible (Million Bible Challenge – over six million Bibles), Curriculum (Word of Promise Audio Bible – 1.5 million units), Reference (eBible, one million subscriptions), Trade books (Dave Ramsey, over ten million books), Major Author Brands (Max Lucado, 60 million books), Teen/Tween and Children’s products (Hermie A Common Caterpillar, 10 million books, toys & DVDs). He has an accumulative to his credit, of over 500 of million in sales. Prior to that, and as a full ride scholar at James Madison University in music, Rodney saw similar success in the music industry achieving Gold and Platinum records and working with notables like Jay DeMarcus (Rascal Flatts), Carman, Sandi Patty, and 4Him. In 2011 he transitioned into a position at SERV OTHERS before eventually forming partnership in business and in marriage to Angel Holscher Hatfield, and where they currently handle clients in media and provide traditional and alternative distribution channels.

Angel Holscher Hatfield, began her business and marketing career in the corporate sector as an astute learner under mentors J. Peter Grace (W.R. Grace) and Michael Casey (Starbucks, Lululemon) before launching into her own entrepreneurial path. For twenty years she established herself as a highly sought after consultant in media and marketing and non- profits before forming her own media and distribution company SERV OTHERS (2010). Her broad portfolio includes clients such as Jim Caviezel (The Word of Promise Audio Bible), Dinesh D’Souza (2016 Obama, America), Salt Entertainment (Coffee Shop), and Thinking Man Films (Patterns of Evidence). She has written articles (Fox News, MomSense), developed guides and curriculum (Hallmark, Dr. John Trent), produced a TV Series for Trinity Broadcast Network (Love Speaks ) and a multi Best Picture award-winning full-length feature film with theatrical release (Because of Gracia) starring Moriah Peters Smallbone, Masey McLain, Ben Davis, and John Schneider. As a visionary and pioneer, Angel’s diverse personal projects also include converting standard shipping containers into educational and medical facilities plus food kitchens shipped to impoverished communities worldwide (Cargo of Dreams), developing and implementing national programs for incarcerated mothers reducing recidivism and assisting in parent-child reunification, organizing major events for non-profits on a global scale and generating revenue for over 4000 groups in thirty-three countries (MOPS International).

Ron Forseth, has been a Westfall Gold Ambassador since 2014 and V.P. for Development. Westfall Group is a world-class consultancy for non-profit organizations that has delivered over 300 events and raised over $550 million for their clients. For ten years, Ron had worked for Outreach, Inc., the largest faith-based advertiser in the world. Along with many diverse roles, Ron was V.P. for Business Development and General Manager of Outreach Media Group. Ron developed marketing and advertising for hundred of organizations, projects and movies, such as The Passion of the Christ; The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, and God’s Not Dead. Ron was also V.P. of Marketing and Sales for Through the Bible Publishers. He served as Director of Program Development for Aquila, International (Shanghai, China). Ron enjoys ultra- walking, including hundred-mile treks along California’s Big Sur Coast, the Sierra Nevadas.

Kelly Hendrickson, Private Education Kelly Hendrickson’s voracious appetite for literature started as a child in Florida and has remained her passion throughout her world travels, wideranging life experiences, and varied career fields. For the past 12 years Kelly has been the Head Librarian for a Private Classical Christian School in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. She has cultivated a community of readers and transformed the library into a vibrant and relevant part of the students’ education. She has authored the curriculum, accredited the library with both WASC and ACSI, initiated creative reading programs, and coordinated with several schools to host bestselling authors. In addition to attending national conferences, Kelly was the keynote speaker at an ACSI convention, where she spoke on innovative ideas in the library. This is how she 41 keeps her finger on the pulse of what children, tweens, teens, and young adults are reading. She is driven to get quality, family-friendly literature into their hands. Kelly is excited to have recently joined Britfield Publishing as the Director of Media and Public Relations and cannot wait to impact this generation of children and their families with Britfield’s books and films.
